Shipping & delivery times
Please note that due to distance regulations introduced in our distribution centers, shipping times for orders may be delayed. Delivery times may vary further due to global Covid-19 obstructions. In addition, there may be delays in shipping due to the volume of orders.
Please note that we only work from Monday - Friday and orders are not processed on weekends. Therefore, shipping and a response may be delayed.
Please look in your inbox for an order confirmation email. Please note that there may be a delay in receiving this email if you are quick and order within the first hours of sales.
If there is no mail there, please check your spam folder.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it for checkout. The item will not be allocated until payment has been confirmed.
Please write once directly to the support. As soon as the order is packed no changes can be made. This includes the possibility to change your delivery address, add to your order, remove an item or change the size. In this status, the order can no longer be cancelled. If orders have been placed one after another, it is not possible to combine them.
If someone from your environment placed the order after you, but received the package first, please do not worry.
In order to ensure smooth processes in the warehouse, the packages are not packed chronologically, but systematically. As soon as an order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
The number of returns will also increase due to a high volume. This can also lead to delays. As soon as the return has arrived, you will receive a confirmation email. When the return has been processed, you will receive a mail with the credit note document attached. If an exchange was selected during the order, you will receive a shipping confirmation after the goods have been shipped.
In the period of the summer sale there will be no remaining stock for the individual articles.
